1) Liability for Damages
• Guests are responsible for their actions and any damage caused to the venue, property, or fellow attendees.
• Vedome & Time + Place are not liable for any damages, injuries, or incidents that occur during the event. Any costs resulting from damage caused by a guest will be the sole responsibility of that individual.

 

2) Penthouse Rules & Regulations
• All guests must adhere to the rules and guidelines set forth by the homeowner(s).
• Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal from the premises and, if necessary, legal action.

 

3) Behavior & Conduct
• Respectful and responsible behavior is expected at all times.
• Disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.

 

4) Personal Property
• Guests are solely responsible for their belongings. Vedome, Time + Place, and the property owners are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged items.

 

5) Health & Safety
• Guests must comply with any health and safety protocols outlined by the host or homeowner.
• Any injuries or accidents must be reported to Vedome & Time + Place staff or building personnel immediately.

 

6) Indemnification
• By attending, guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vedome & Time + Place from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses related to or arising from their participation in the event.
