1) Liability for Damages

Guests are responsible for their actions and any damage caused to the venue, property, or fellow attendees.

Vedome is not liable for any damages, injuries, or incidents that occur during the event. Any costs resulting from damage caused by a guest will be the sole responsibility of that individual.

2) Property Rules & Regulations

All guests must adhere to the rules and guidelines set forth by the homeowner(s) and Vedome staff.

Violation of these rules may result in immediate removal from the premises and, if necessary, legal action.

3) Behavior & Conduct

Respectful and responsible behavior is expected at all times.

Disruptive, inappropriate, or unsafe conduct will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the event.

4) Personal Property

Guests are solely responsible for their belongings.

Vedome and the property owners are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged items.

5) Health & Safety

Guests must comply with all health and safety protocols outlined by Vedome or the homeowner(s).

Any injuries or accidents must be reported to Vedome staff or building personnel immediately.

6) Indemnification

By attending, guests agree to indemnify and hold harmless Vedome and the property owners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses related to or arising from their participation in the event.
