"Did you hear about the flower that grew from the ashes? Many were shocked by the way it bloomed. Against all odds, it flourished and lit up mother nature’s room. It secured its roots and burgeoned, where many thought was a desolate place. In the darkest of times it stood unflinching and looked darkness in its menacing face. Continue to BLOOM beautiful flower. Allow yourself to grow. Steadfast may you continue to be and so shall the seeds you sow." -V.

The inspiration for this design derived From Azuma Makoto and Tupac Shakur. The mind boggling experiments that Azuma does with botanical life such as flowers is astounding. He and his team pushes the boundaries of art and science. Since 2014, with the Exhibition of Exobiotanica, I’ve been AWARE of Azumas work. So unique, unusual, and unprecedented. As for Tupac, well have you heard of “The Rose That Grew From Concrete?” While brief, the poem spoke to me in so many ways. We should all see ourselves as the flower that grew against all odds. During difficult times, filled with doubt and disarray, the main goal should be to stay hopeful and resilient. Going through the obstacles of life with no obvious solution, your alacrity can grow faint. One thing we should always remember during such times/moments in our lives, being the blossoming flowers that we are, is that...

where there’s light, you can BLOOM.
